LEVEL 1

$300.00 - Includes one 6 foot draped and skirted table, company listing in the vendor pages of the program, and up to two representatives from your firm .
Add $75 for one additional representative in attendance


$500.00 - Includes two 6 foot draped and skirted tables, company listing in the vendor pages of the program, up to four representatives from your firm.
Add $75 for one additional representative in attendance


$600.00 - Includes three 6 foot draped and skirted tables, company listing in the vendor pages of the program, up to Six representatives from your firm

LEVEL 2 $500 - Includes Full page ad in the conference program, One 6 foot draped and skirted table for two representatives, and listing in the vendor and sponsor pages of the program
LEVEL 3

$1,000 - Includes Electronic Excel Sheet with attendee postal mail addresses for both pre-registration and after the conference, full page ad in the conference program, One 6 foot draped and skirted table for two representatives, and listing in the vendor and sponsor pages of the program

LEVEL 4

$1,500 - Includes Webpage Link on the TASPA website and webpage sponsor recognition, Electronic Excel Sheet with attendee postal mail addresses for both pre-registration and after the conference, full page ad in the conference program, One 6 foot draped and skirted table for two representatives, and listing in the vendor and sponsor pages of the program

LEVEL 5

(Limit of 5 per conference. You must contact the TASPA office at mcardenas@taspa.org for pre-approval and confirmation of event availability)

$2,000 Includes one breakout session, Webpage Link on the TASPA website and webpage sponsor recognition, Electronic Excel Sheet with attendee postal mail addresses for both pre-registration and after the conference, full page ad in the conference program, One 6 foot draped and skirted table for two representatives, and listing in the vendor and sponsor pages of the program
 

The Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators agrees to provide display space to vendors at the conference selected above for the corresponding fees listed above (the Support Personnel conference is $150.00 given the different audience for the conference—vendors of jewelry, cosmetics, and women’s apparel are encouraged to attend). * Price based on # of tables or equivalent space, due to the limited available space. Each booth is allowed two representatives. An additional Rep is $75 more. Four reps requires two tables.

** The Friday sessions for the Summer and Winter conference end by 10 or 11 am, so it is optional for vendors to stay for that day. Should a conference fail to take place for any reason, the vendor’s fee will be returned by three weeks after the scheduled date of the event, 2010.
