Late registration fee is an additional $20 within one-week prior to date of conference.  Registration fee does not include the book or CD.  If you wish to purchase these through the workshop, please check the corresponding cost option above.  If you do not purchase it through this form, please bring your own copy of the 4th edition of The Texas Documentation Handbook to the workshop.
