Developing Professional Growth Plans
This half day workshop will provide campus administrators and supervisors with the skills to write professional growth plans that produce positive outcomes for the teacher and the district. Whether your district uses T-TESS or a local appraisal instrument, this training will show participants how to utilize documentation to set clear expectations for teachers to improve performance.
Dr. Frank R. Kemerer and Dr. John A. Crain, authors of the "Texas Documentation Handbook: Appraisal, Non-Renewal, Termination," use their book to train principals, superintendents, human resources administrators, attorneys and other administrators to collect and use documentation effectively to improve teacher performance and prepare for non-renewal and termination.

Personnel Skills For Supervisors of Non-Exempt Staff
This training is designed for all supervisors of non-exempt staff and paraprofessionals including non-contract personnel in transportation, maintenance, custodial, instructional aides, office aides, and cafeteria staff and the human resources, campus, or central office administrators who work with these supervisors.
Personnel Skills Workshop for Administrators
This workshop is primarily designed to focus on human resources related training for campus and human resource administrators, will be held in various locations around the state. These workshops are held at different times of the year.
