TASPA Administrator Awards

Every year during the TASPA/TAEE Winter Conference, TASPA honors three members with the Distinguished Service Award, Personnel Administrator of the Year Award and Honorary Membership Award.

Nominees should:

  • have been a TASPA member for at least three years and have at least five years experience in Human
    Resources/personnel;
  • possess leadership ability, a high degree of personal and professional integrity, and the ability to
    recruit members to the organization and volunteers to support our activities;
  • demonstrate high involvement in the HR TASPA community both at their TASPA regional district
    level and state-wide;
  • possess solid skills and understanding in matters pertaining to human resource and personnel
    administration.

    level and state-wide;
  • possess solid skills and understanding in matters pertaining to human resource and personnel

Honorary membership may be accorded to persons who have distinguished themselves in school
personnel/human resource work. Honorary members shall be entitled to participate in all activities of the Organization, except voting and holding elective office.
